Youngkin Signs Legislation Forcing Schools to Notify Parents of Sexually Explicit Content in Classrooms

The Office of Governor Glenn Youngkin announced on Friday that he had signed a bill that will force the state’s Department of Education to develop policies to ensure parents in the Commonwealth are notified when sexually explicit materials are included in a classroom’s curriculum.
