WASHINGTON (WMAL) – Former T.C. Williams High School football coach, Herman Boone, has died at age 84 according to the Alexandria school.
Boone was a coach on the team during the school’s 1971 state championship-winning season.
He was portrayed in film by Denzel Washington in 2000’s “Remember the Titans.”
