ANNAPOLIS (WMAL) — Maryland could find out today if Hogan will give the go ahead for the Purple Line.
Gov. Larry Hogan has schedule a Thursday news conference to discuss Maryland’s transportation infrastructure, but his office would not confirm the details.
Hogan has said he will make an annoucement concerning the Purple Line by the end of the month.
The proposed light rail line would cost $2.45 billion and run from Bethesda in Montgomery County to New Carrollton in Prince George’s County.
The conference will take place in Annapolis at 2:30 p.m.
