WASHINGTON (WMAL)– Huey Lewis & The News Lead Singer Huey Lewis has taken to social media to announce the cancellation of all performances for 2018 due to the fact he can’t hear. Lewis, 67, says doctors believe he has Meniere’s Disease, an inner ear disorder that impact hearing and even cause Vertigo.
The band has had 19 top ten hits including “The Heart of Rock & Roll”, “Power of Love” and “Stuck With You.”
