WASHINGTON (WMAL) — Almost a month after his death, Navid Sepehri’s family may be able to see body cam footage from the night of his death, according to police.

The Montgomery County Police Department said that they are in communication with the Sepehri family to try and make the arrangements for them to watch the video footage.

This comes several days after Farshid “Frank” Sepeheri, Navid’s father, said that police hadn’t given his family any information.

In their statement, police also released new information that Navid was carrying two identical fake ID’s and a bottle of vodka when he was found dead on December 10. While police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of Navid’s death, they have ruled it accidental.
