HERNDON — (WMAL) A Herndon man was arrested Wednesday night for sexually abusing a boy from 2013 through this year.

The victim, who was 13 when the abuse began, recently informed a family member who came to Loudoun County Police Department.

Eric W. Judy, 53, was a family-friend of the victim and often took him on trips alone in Loudoun.

He being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center with no bond.
