Though Washington has shown NO inclination of trading Kirk Cousins to date. But now that Cousins has signed, Washington can review options.

WMAL Redskins analyst Trevor Matich says Cousins is the “Ultimate, loyal company guy if he feels like they’re doing right by him.”
He added, “Now, I don’t think he feels that way. Especially because now they got rid of his top two receivers to go along with Jordan Reed, who is still there.”
As for whether Cousins could go to the San Francisco 49ers, Matich says that likely wouldn’t happen this year because Cousins will become an unrestricted free agent next year, making that deal easier because draft pics won’t have to be traded.
