WASHINGTON — (CNN) The United States women’s gymnastics squad has won the gold medal in the team final at the Rio Olympics, easily defeating silver medal-winning Russia and bronze medal-winning China. The gold is the second consecutive for the Americans, who won the team all-around at London 2012.
