WASHINGTON (AP) – Health officials in Washington say they've confirmed a second case of measles in the city.
The District of Columbia Department of Health confirmed 2015's the second case of measles on Tuesday.
Officials say the city's second case of the disease is not linked to a recent outbreak in California and there is no indication that the city's two cases are related. Health officials say they have contacted everyone known to have been exposed to the infected person and recommended they be vaccinated if they are not already immune.
