6am – D Kentucky bill would require men to get wife’s permission before obtaining Viagra prescription. A Kentucky lawmaker has put forward a bill that would require men to visit a doctor at least twice and obtain a signed permission slip from their wives before they could obtain a prescription for the erectile dysfunction drug Viagra.
State Rep. Mary Lou Marzian, a Democrat, acknowledged to the Louisville Courier-Journal that the bill has no chance of passing. However, she said the bill was a response to several anti-abortion measures, including a recently ratified law that requires a woman seeking an abortion to get counseling at least 24 hours in advance from a health professional.

Chris served twice as a law clerk at the United States Supreme Court, first to Justice Antonin Scalia (1990-91) and then to Justice Clarence Thomas (1991-92).

Clinton was in the middle of a riff about how, in her view, Republicans say things that are not true, when she remembered a radio ad that she said ran in rural Arkansas while her husband, Bill Clinton, was running for office.

Kanye West lashed out at a nameless oppressor in his latest Twitter rant, before tweeting a love letter to Adidas for giving the hip-hop star his big fashion break. The 38-year-old artist claims someone used his alleged debt of $53 million as leverage during business dealings, on which he did not elaborate. “For the past 3 years people who knew about the debt tried to use it against me in negotiations,” he wrote during an early Tuesday tirade fearing the debt could have broken up his family. “You can’t control me or use the debt against me no more.”
