WASHINGTON — (CNN) William Porter, one of six Baltimore police officers charged in connection with the death of Freddie Gray, will face a June 13, 2016, retrial, said Allison Akers, spokeswoman for the Maryland Court System. Last week, a jury deadlocked in Porter’s trial, resulting in Judge Barry Williams declaring a mistrial. The new date, which dictates Porter’s trial would now follow those of his five fellow officers, is scheduled to be approved in a Tuesday morning hearing in Williams’ courtroom.
