ANAPOLIS — (WMAL) Maryland Governor Larry Hogan came out of chemotherapy treatment in good spirits on Tuesday, sharing a photo on Facebook without his hair.
He called his new bald look “aerodynamic” and wore sunglasses in the picture, taken outside of his office.
After two chemotherapy treatments, Hogan said that the original tumor that led to his stage 3 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma has shrunk by 80 percent.
Hogan is still very active as governor, though Lt. Gov. Boyd Rutherford has taken over some of his duties and appearances during the cancer treatment.
The governor expressed excitement about not having to shave or get haircuts and said that his cancer treatments were about “one third of the way through.”
