DMV Spotlight on 9-18-22 shines a light on Veteran’s Next Mission, a 501-c-3 dedicated to helping those in military service transition to civilian life.
Guest Mike Shockley, Vice President at Veteran’s Next Mission explains the 4 year program that trains veterans with homebuilding skills. Shockley says most of the vets are from the infantry and need a boost to update their skills. Those who complete the program are often quickly hired by other homebuilders or can remain to help train incoming veterans.
