WASHINGTON– Kimberly Klacik, the Republican candidate for Congress in Maryland’s 7th district has released a new campaign ad that takes viewers on a tour of the streets of what the ad says is “Real Baltimore”.
“Do you care about black lives? The people that run Baltimore don’t. I can prove it,” Klacik says.
Klacik then spends close to three minutes showing boarded up businesses and a number of eyesore properties.
“Baltimore has been run by the Democratic party for 53 years. What is the result of their decades of leadership?” Klacik asks.
She says it’s not just Baltimore either.
“It’s 2020, name a blue city where black people’s lives have gotten better. Try. I’ll wait”.
