Several parents are suing for the right to send their children to private school in person in Montgomery County, Maryland.
“Online learning is in no way equivalent to face-to-face learning, especially for young children,” said Meagan Rizzo, whose family is one of six that joined the lawsuit.

Former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates condemned Louisiana Sen. John Kennedy for accusing her and other members of the Justice Department of despising President Trump.
Kennedy, a Republican, delivered a contentious line of questioning to Yates, who was testifying Wednesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Crossfire Hurricane, the FBI’s investigation into the Trump campaign.
