5am – A/B/C Omarosa’s neighbors sue claiming Florida home she shares with pastor husband is ‘moldy’ and fetid swimming pool is at risk of filling with mosquitoes. Omarosa’s husband John Allen Newman, 63, has been hit with a $15,000 lawsuit by Jacksonville Golf & Country Club Property Owners Association. Documents obtained by DailyMail.com show neighbors are demanding the couple scrub their walls and repair or replace the roof of their $615,000 property. The suit, which was filed last June, claims Newman has ignored repeated requests to carry out maintenance on the four-bed, 3,000 sq ft property.  (Daily Mail) — Omarosa Manigault-Newman and her pastor husband have been hit with a lawsuit over the upkeep of their ‘moldy’ Florida home and fetid swimming pool, DailyMail.com can reveal. Neighbors are demanding that the publicity-hungry Apprentice villain and her husband scrub their walls and repair or replace the roof of their $615,000 property on an upscale golfing development in suburban Jacksonville. They also want neglected areas of ‘dead’ grass to be replaced and the pool chemically treated over fears it is becoming a ‘hazard’ and a breeding ground for mosquitoes. The list of demands are spelled out in a $15,000 suit filed against John Allen Newman, who married the ousted White House aide, 44, in April last year after proposing in front of his congregation. Her net worth has been estimated at $3.5 million with that figure likely to soar on the back of Omarosa’s upcoming tell-all memoir, Unhinged, about her volatile stint in the Trump administration.

5am – D         Trump/Rudy vs Brennan

  • RUDY Calls Brennan’s Bluff… Go Ahead, Sue Trump
  • To John Brennan: Today President Trump granted our request (Jay Sekulow and me) to handle your case. After threatening if you don’t it would be just like Obama’s red lines. Come on John you’re not a blowhard?
  • Labeling him “the worst CIA Director in our country’s history,” Pres. Trump challenges John Brennan to file a lawsuit over the revocation of his security clearance.
  • TRUMP: I hope John Brennan, the worst CIA Director in our country’s history, brings a lawsuit. It will then be very easy to get all of his records, texts, emails and documents to show not only the poor job he did, but how he was involved with the Mueller Rigged Witch Hunt. He won’t sue!
  • ARI FLEISCHER: If Brennan sues, when he is deposed he will have to answer under oath: 1) Do you know how CNN came to report that Trump received a briefing about the dossier? 2) Do you know anyone who told CNN that Trump was briefed? 3) Did you tell anyone to tell CNN? 4) Did you tell CNN?
  • 175 former US officials have added their names to a list denouncing President Trump for revoking former CIA Director Brennan’s security clearance

5am – E         MUELLER NEWS:

  • TRUMP CALLS FOR OHR’S FIRING (Daily Mail) — President Donald Trump is demanding senior Justice Department official Bruce Ohr be fired, citing his wife’s ties to the company which commissioned the infamous and unverified Steele dossier during the presidential campaign. Trump has repeatedly targeted Ohr, who is also on the administration’s list of officials who may lose their security clearance. But the president’s tweet on Monday is his most blatant call to date for Ohr’s dismissal.
  • PROSECUTORS PREPARING CHARGES AGAINST COHEN (AP) — Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer, could be charged before the end of the month with bank fraud in his dealings with the taxi industry and with committing other financial crimes, two people familiar with the federal probe said Monday. • MANAFORT / The jury in the trial of former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort still hasn’t returned a verdict after three full days of deliberations. Jurors will return Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. ET

6am – A/B/C CLINTON NEWS:

  • Hillary Clinton prepares to hit fundraising circuit for Democrats this fall. The 2016 presidential nominee will headline events in California, Illinois and New York.
  • Chelsea Clinton says she has not ruled out running for office. Chelsea Clinton has said she has not ruled out running for office one day, describing a move into politics as a “definite no now” but a “definite maybe” in the future. She told the Edinburgh international book festival that while she “abhorred” Donald Trump’s presidency, she had no current plans to follow in her parents’ footsteps. Clinton, who was promoting her children’s book about women who have persisted against adversity, strongly criticised the US leader on issues such as the separation of children from their parents at the Mexican border, branding the policy “the greatest sin of the moment”.

6am – B         Parkland activist David Hogg to run for Congress when he’s 25 per a NY Magazine profile (Bustle) — In the wake of the horrific February school shooting in Parkland, Florida, many of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School survivors took to activism to make their voices heard on American gun violence. One of them, David Hogg, is now eyeing Congress, according to his remarks in an interview with New York Magazine published on Monday. Although Hogg is only 18 years old right now — thus, not eligible to run for a congressional seat — he said he would materialize those plans as soon as he turns 25. “I think I’ve come to that conclusion,” he told New York Magazine. “I want to be at least part of the change in Congress.” He pointed to Republicans as being “successful” when it came to youth engagement. “The reason Republicans are successful right now is because they’re empowering young people,” Hogg said. “Older Democrats just won’t move the f*ck off the plate and let us take control.” The Parkland activist made clear that he was not intimidated by some right-wingers’ baseless attacks on him as a “crisis actor.” Hogg said, “If somebody is stupid enough to try anything on us, that will make the movement even stronger.” At 18, Hogg already has his own opinions on “just about everything,” according to Miller. The reporter wrote that Hogg supported better gun control measures — which is pretty much known at this point — but also universal health care. When it comes to the Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Hogg said that she would be a “future president of the United States.” He also expressed his opinion on the age limit of politicians running Capitol Hill. In his conversation with Miller, Hogg called out what the New York Magazine reporter described as “adult hypocrisy.” He said that Bernie Sanders was a “great guy” but was “terrible on gun [control].” He also lambasted Barack Obama for his drone warfare. Letting loose, Hogg said, “Honestly, they all kind of suck.” Politics seem critical for Hogg, based on his interview with Miller. Voting, even more. “People need to realize that people have died for your vote,” he told Miller. “Free college is on the ballot. The draft is on that ballot. Universal health care is on the ballot. Abortion is on the ballot. Supreme Court is on the ballot. Everything that affects your life and, more importantly, affects the people that come after you is on that ballot. Your inaction today will affect you tomorrow.”

6am – C         TRUMP Admin Deports Nazi Labor Camp Guard…  (White House) —

Statement from the Press Secretary: Early this morning, United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) implemented a 2004 order of deportation to the Federal Republic of Germany of Jakiw Palij, a former Nazi SS labor camp guard in German-occupied Poland and a postwar resident of Queens, New York. President Trump commends his Administration’s comprehensive actions, especially ICE’s actions, in removing this war criminal from United States soil.  Despite a court ordering his deportation in 2004, past administrations were unsuccessful in removing Palij.  To protect the promise of freedom for Holocaust survivors and their families, President Trump prioritized the removal of Palij. Through extensive negotiations, President Trump and his team secured Palij’s deportation to Germany and advanced the United States’ collaborative efforts with a key European ally. Palij had lied about being a Nazi and remained in the United States for decades. Palij’s removal sends a strong message:  The United States will not tolerate those who facilitated Nazi crimes and other human rights violations, and they will not find a safe haven on American soil.

6am – D         Former Miss Americas call for Gretchen Carlson to step down (NY Post) — Furious former Miss Americas blew their tiaras on Monday as they blasted pageant Chairwoman Gretchen Carlson as a bully — and Carlson, the 1989 title winner, clapped back on Twitter. Miss America 1984, Suzette Charles, who is among a group of 19 former crown winners calling for Carlson’s head, went on NBC’s “Megyn Kelly Today” Monday and lambasted the pageant leader. “I’ve had some background on Gretchen. Gretchen has been bullying for a long time,” she said while appearing on the show with Miss America 1995, Heather Whitestone. “Actually she’s bullied my sister here, Heather Whitestone,” Charles said. “This person has taken no responsibility for the way she’s treated our current Miss America.” Whitestone said that the trouble is all about Carlson wanting “to be the face of the Miss America Organization” over even the current title holder. The interview comes days after the reigning Miss America, Cara Mund, 24, wrote a bombshell open letter accusing Carlson and other top pageant execs of bullying and belittling her. She was also supported publicly Monday by Miss America 2010, Caressa Cameron-Jackson, who told ABC’s “Good Morning America” “absolutely” when asked if Carlson and the whole pageant board should step down.

  • POPE LETTER YESTERDAY: Pope: No effort spared to fight abuse, but offers no details. VATICAN CITY (AP) — Pope Francis vowed Monday that “no effort must be spared” to root out priestly sex abuse and cover-up from the Catholic Church, but gave no indication that he would take action to sanction complicit bishops or end the Vatican culture of secrecy that has allowed the crisis to fester. In a letter to Catholics worldwide following damning new revelations of misconduct in the S., Francis sought to project a get-tough response to the perpetrators and a compassionate shoulder for victims ahead of a fraught trip to Ireland this weekend. Francis begged forgiveness for the pain suffered by victims and said lay Catholics must be included in the effort to root out abuse and cover-up. He blasted the clerical culture that has been blamed for the crisis, with church leaders more concerned about their own reputations than the safety of children. “We showed no care for the little ones,” Francis wrote. “We abandoned them.” But Francis alone can sanction bishops and he offered no hint that he would change the Vatican’s longstanding practice of giving religious superiors a pass when they botch abuse cases or are negligent in protecting their flocks.
  • COSTLY SETTLEMENTS: Clergy sex abuse has cost Catholic Church $3 billion in settlements (Fox News) — Clergy sex abuse of children has rocked the Catholic Church not only in terms of trust and reputation, but also financially, to the tune of more than $3 billion, according to National Public Radio.
