John Whitbeck, Chairman of the Republican Party of Virginia, has resigned.
Whitbeck, who was the party chairman since 2015, released a statement on his resignation: “I am proud we have operated the Party in a fiscally responsible and fiscally healthy manner consistently for years now.”
