(Bethesda Magazine) — Early voting begins Thursday, so registered voters can begin heading to the polls Thursday to cast ballots in the Democratic and Republican primaries in Maryland. Voters can cast ballots at any early voting location even if it’s not in their home district. This year, county residents will choose from more than 100 candidates running for Congress, governor, the General Assembly, county executive, County Council, school board and Democratic Central Committee as well as judgeships and other local offices
