– Giuliani says Comey could be prosecuted for Clinton email probe. (New York Post) – Rudy Giuliani, the personal lawyer for President Trump, said that former FBI Director James Comey could be prosecuted for his handling of the Hillary Clinton email probe based on an upcoming report from the Department of Justice’s internal watchdog. “I think the report of Horowitz, the IG, and the Justice Department will confirm that Comey acted improperly with regard to the Hillary Clinton investigation,” Giuliani told John Catsimatidis on his AM 970 radio show on Sunday, referring to Inspector General Michael Horowitz. “The first thing we are going to get is a report from Inspector General Horowitz on Comey’s handling of Hillary, which I think is going to be very very critical of Comey, as it should be,” Giuliani continued.

(New York Times) – President Trump on Friday praised the arrest of a former Senate Intelligence Committee aide who is accused of lying to investigators about his contacts with reporters in an inquiry into leaks of classified information. “I’m a big, big believer in freedom of the press,” Mr. Trump said. “But I’m also a believer in classified information. It has to remain classified.” Mr. Wolfe was not accused of illegally disclosing national security secrets.
