Winter Olympics 2018 Medal Count: Americans add gold on Day 4
Team USA had a good Monday, adding a third gold medal to its medal count and raising its total haul to six. A gold medal came for the Americans on Day 4 from 17-year-old snowboarder Chloe Kim, who stood atop the podium for her performance in the halfpipe. Team USA also earned the bronze medal in the event, as Arielle Gold joined Kim in the halfpipe top three. The only other country with more gold medals so far is Germany, which has four gold medals; the Netherlands is tied with the United States with three.
