Gov. Hogan delivers 4th State of the State Address
Maryland governor Larry Hogan delivered his State of the State Address to the Maryland General Assembly Wednesday at noon at the State House in Annapolis.
Hogan highlighted his administration’s accomplishments in healthcare, education, taxes, businesses, industrial challenges, environmental growth, military, and much more.
