WASHINGTON (WMAL) — Police are looking for a woman they suspect stole two different credit cards and took them shopping.

The Montgomery County Police Department said that the suspect used the stolen cards at a Target in Rockville and other stores and released surveillance photos of the suspect.

Police are asking the public’s help to identify the woman and offering a reward of up to $10,000 for any information that leads to her arrest and/or indictment.

The credit cards were stolen at two different restaurants, the La Madeleine Country French Cafe in Bethesda and the Fuddruckers restaurant in Rockville.

Police say that the credit cards were stolen from the victims’ purses when they were left unattended and remind everyone to always “carry your closed purse as close to your body as possible.”
