WASHINGTON (WMAL) — DC Mayor Muriel Bowser and Police Chief Peter Newsham were holding a press conference in Southeast DC this morning when sirens started drowning them out.
Bowser and Newsham were asking for help with a $25,000 reward for any information leading to a conviction in the shooting death of a 14-year-old boy from DC, when police were responding to another shooting incident down the street.
