WASHINGTON (WMAL) — The Montgomery County Police Department is looking for a 20 year old man with Down syndrome who is missing from Germantown.
Joseph Moubarek was last seen on Tuesday evening leaving MedStar Washington Hospital Center in northwest DC.
Police ask anyone with information about Moubarek’s whereabouts to contact the Montgomery County non-emergency police number: 301- 279-8000.
