NEW YORK – (WMAL) More details are emerging of former TODAY co-host Matt Lauer’s alleged behavior around women. Variety Magazine details complaints from three women who said they were victims of sexual harassment by Lauer.

Among other accusations, the magazine reports Lauer has a button under his desk that could lock his office door. The sources also tell Variety several women say his conduct was not a secret among other employees at the today show.

Multiple women have accused Lauer of sexual harassment, which they say fell on deaf ears when told to NBC Executives.

Lauer’s firing was announced on the show this morning.
