Listen as Larry spoke with Ronna Romney McDaniel, Chairwoman of the Republican National Committee, regarding the Senate Judiciary Committee’s hearing on Fusion GPS, the arrest of Wasserman Schultz’s IT aide and more.
During the interview, Chairwoman McDaniel discussed the media’s lack of attention surrounding the arrest of the IT aide:
O’Connor: He’s a Pakistani national, he successfully, by the way, wired $300,000 back to Pakistan right before he fled. Is it your understanding, based on the reporting that you’ve seen, that he and his family members and others who knows who he’s connected to, had access to passwords, and secret emails from the Intelligence Committee in the House and members of that committee?
McDaniel: Well those are the type of questions we need to find out the answer to. And isn’t it interesting today that CNN and MSNBC have not carried one story on this Congressional staff member being arrested at Dulles last night? So how can they [inaudible] that they are unbiased news and that they are fair?
O’Connor: Yeah. Oh well they can’t and that’s part of the problem.
