LISTEN: Daily Caller’s LUKE ROSIAK Reveals Wasserman Schultz’s IT Aide Acted as Wife to Transfer 300K to Pakistan

Listen as Larry spoke with the Daily Caller’s Investigative Reporter Luke Rosiak regarding his latest article, Wasserman Schultz’s IT Aide Arrested At Airport After Transferring $300k To Pakistan From House Office.

During the interview, O’Connor asked Rosiak how Representative Wasserman Schultz’s IT Aide Imran Awan managed to transfer $300,000 to Pakistan:

O’Connor: Considering so much of the investigation into him had to do with these finances, again how do they wire 300,000 at the eleventh hour to Pakistan?

Rosiak: You know that was one of the most bizarre things and honestly the Congressional speaks to both Imran brazingness but also sort of the Congressional Federal Credit Union does not appear, come across looking that great in the FBI affidavit which is 12 pages and you can see it on The Daily Caller. Imran tried to wire $300,000 to Pakistan and he pretended to be his wife. And he did this right from his House office building. The House office building has a bank branch inside of it. And he listed his House office phone number and went in and said I want to do this wire transfer. So a manager called him a little later and said, “Well this is a little bit unusual. Can I ask why you’re doing this?” And he gave an excuse and the Congressional Federal Credit Union manger said, “Well, that doesn’t seem quite right”. And Imran goes, and the whole time he’s pretending to be a woman, he goes, “Let me Google what answer you will accept,” And so the bank guy holds on while he Googles and then he gives him another excuse. The bank manager says, “Well ok, we’ll allow this $300,000 wire transfer to Pakistan to go through.”
