HOWARD COUNTY — (WMAL) One person has died after drowning in the Patuxent River this afternoon.
Howard County Fire and Rescue workers were training on the water at the Rocky Gorge Reservoir when they were approached by a group of people who said one member of their party was missing.
They soon found the body near where the person went missing.
Howard County called in Montgomery County to assist in the investigation.
