Brussels — (WMAL) As he was walking with NATO leaders during his trip to the alliance’s headquarters Thursday, President Donald Trump attempted to pass Dusko Markovic, the prime minister of Montenegro, in what has become a viral video.
Look closely and you will see Markovic smiling at the President in what appears to be a lighthearted moment, as Trump adjusts his suit jacket.
