HOWARD COUNTY — (WMAL) The Howard County Police Department is now offering an award of $10,000 to anyone with information on the prisoner who escaped during a hospital transport Friday.

Officers are going door-to-door today in Jessup in search of any information.

The County also handed over the active search the to US Marshals Service.

The prisoner, David Watson, 28, was convicted of the attempted murder of police officers.

He was last seen wearing a white jumpsuit in the area of Dorsey Run Road and Patuxent Range Road.
