• RUSSIA: On Tuesday, the White House said there’s no consensus among the intelligence community of Russian involvement in the attack, though many officials, including UN Ambassador Nikki Haley believe Russia knew it was going to take place.
• SYRIA: President Trump tells Fox News he has no plans to go into Syria but Defense Secretary James Mattis said in a Pentagon briefing  that there is no doubt that Syrian President Assad’s regime was responsible for last week’s attacks on Syrian civilians and if chemical weapons are used again, “they are going to pay a very, very stiff price.”
