HERNDON, VA — (WMAL) 40-year-old Oscar Perez Rangel of Herndon is being held today without bond after sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl between October and December of last year.
The accused pedophile was arrested on Friday April 7th by Fairfax County Police Detectives after the girl had reported the abuse to staff at her school on March 28th.
The girl attended an in-home daycare after school in Herndon where she was subjected to sexual battery and rapes by Perez Rangel.
Perez Rangel was not the operator of the daycare, but happened to live in the same home where it was located.
As of now, there seem to be no other victims connected to Perez Rangel.
