MARYLAND — (WMAL) You don’t want to mess with Larry Hogan.
Clad in his ninth-degree Taekwondo black belt, the Maryland governor showed off his martial arts skills in celebration of the state’s second Taekwondo Day.
Hogan wowed a crowd by breaking five wooden boards with his bare hands.
