WASHINGTON (WMAL)– A Metro station manager has been charged with assault after getting into a fight with a fellow employee.

Metro says the incident happened at the Pentagon station around 3pm Wednesday at the manager’s kiosk.

Police responded and arrested the manager. Their name has not been made public.

The other employee, whose name also hasn’t been made public, was taken to the hospital for evaluation.

Metro has not said what lead up to the fight.

Service was not affected.
