STERLING, VIRGINIA — (WMAL) A man from Sterling was charged with abduction and sexual assault after following two girls into a bathroom and trapping them.

The suspect, Luis F. Ore, 20, sexually assaulted the girls inside Elevation Burger around 8 p.m. on November 13.

Ore is a registered sex offender and is being held at the Loudon County Adult Detention Center with no bond.
