WASHINGTON – A massage therapist from City Massage and Bodywork in McClean was arrested Thursday and charged with groping a 25-year-old female client.
Police say the woman went for a massage August 26 and was groped by Villanueva. She was taken to Inova Fairfax Hospital to be examined and treated.
The groping charge is only the tip of the iceberg. 55-year-old Juan Carlos Villanueva also faces charges for practicing without a license and operating an unlicensed massage business. Fairfax County Police had a total of 12 criminal warrants for Villanueva.
