WASHINGTON — (WMAL) Mike Webb, who is running for U.S. Congress in Virginia, probably should make himself a little more familiar with how the World Wide Web works.

Webb likes to post screen grabs of what he’s researching to Facebook so that his constituents can know that he’s focusing on the issues that matter to them.

In a recent share, two porn sites were featured in the screenshot.

Mike Webb decided that, after finding over 4,000 viruses on his computer and being told certain websites can cause this, he wanted to “investigate and test the sites for viruses.”

Due to questions responding to this, he said “that morning I was looking at those sites to figure out how exactly someone could possibly put those viruses on your computer from that.”

He never took the post down, saying that it brought in attention to his site and he appreciated the attention and support.

When asked about what he wanted voters to know, he stated, “Well no one is perfect.”
