WASHINGTON — (WMAL) Texas Senator and GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz responded Friday to a tabloid’s allegations that he has recently been involved in multiple extramarital affairs.
Cruz blamed fellow candidate Donald J. Trump for the allegations he called “garbage,” citing the paper’s first-ever endorsement of a presidential candidate for Trump in November as proof of conflicting interests.
