WASHINGTON — (WMAL) Former Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III visited with the New York Jets on Friday according to The Associated Press.

Griffin was released by the Redskins last week after sitting out for most of the 2015 season. The Jets, meanwhile, are still negotiating with last year’s starter Ryan Fitzpatrick.
