WASHINGTON — (WMAL) Sick of cooking while stuck in the house? You’re in luck. Metropolitan Washington Restaurant Week will go on as scheduled.
“People have been cooked up in their homes and taking the warnings to stay off the streets,” said Kathy Hollinger, President of the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington. “Now people are going to want to get out, and the restaurants are ready for them.”
Over 250 restaurants participating in Restaurant Week will offer three-course meals at discount prices until January 31. Lunch goes for $22 and dinner for $35.
