WASHINGTON — (WMAL) Crews are ready to repair power lines as necessary in the D.C. area as the blizzard of 2016 continues on into Saturday.

“We have commitments from as far away as Maine and upstate New York,” said Pepco spokesperson Bob Haney. “We will have approximately 900 workers in the field responding to this storm.”
