WASHINGTON — (CNN) An anti-abortion group that’s targeted Planned Parenthood in a series of undercover sting videos released its eighth clip on Tuesday, accusing a biomedical company executive of admitting that her company receives intact fetuses from abortion providers.

The latest edited video from the Center for Medical Progress purports to show StemExpress CEO Cate Dyer telling undercover actors posing as employees with a human biologics company that StemExpress receives fully intact aborted fetuses.

“I mean if you have intact cases, which we’ve done a lot, we sometimes ship those back to our lab in its entirety,” she said.

The new clip comes after Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Joanne O’Donnell recently lifted a restraining order preventing the group from releasing undercover videos of conversations with StemExpress executives. The company requested the injunction, citing California’s anti-wiretapping law, but O’Donnell lifted the restraining order because she said it blocked the Center for Medical Progress’s freedom of speech.

StemExpress officials said they are considering appealing the ruling. The judge also said StemExpress had a good chance of being successful in court on an invasion of privacy claim.

StemExpress officials released a statement, including a video and transcript, saying Dyer’s words were taken out of context.

“CMP’s accusations that this conversation somehow refers to ‘intact fetuses,’ which were never mentioned at any point during the entirety of the illegally recorded conversation, are false,” said StemExpress in a statement. “StemExpress has never requested, received or provided to a researcher an ‘intact fetus.’ CMP and (organization head David) Daleiden’s claims to the contrary are unequivocally false.”

The company severed ties with Planned Parenthood earlier this month in response to the ongoing investigations.

“We value our various partnerships, but due to the increased questions that have arisen over the past few weeks, we feel it prudent to terminate activities with Planned Parenthood,” StemExpress said in a statement. “While we value our business relationship with Planned Parenthood, that work represents a small percentage of our overall business activity and we must focus our limited resources on resolving these inquiries.”

In a press release, CMP connected StemExpress to Planned Parenthood, which it accused in a previous video of manipulating the abortion process to procure intact fetuses.

“StemExpress is the ‘weakest link’ that unravels Planned Parenthood’s baby parts chain — they readily admit the profit motive that Planned Parenthood and their proxies have in supplying aborted baby parts,” Daleiden said Tuesday. “Congress and law enforcement should immediately seize all fetal tissue files from StemExpress and all communications and contracts with Planned Parenthood. The evidence that Planned Parenthood profits from the sale of aborted baby parts is now overwhelming, and not one more dime of taxpayer money should go to their corrupt and fraudulent criminal enterprise.”

Planned Parenthood denies the accusations and says it donates tissue and organs from abortions to companies conducting research.

“There’s nothing on this extremely heavily edited video that hasn’t already been seen and discredited. What is new this week is that the extremists behind this fraud have admitted falsifying one of their videos by using the photo of a woman’s stillborn son and pretending it was an aborted fetus,” said Eric Ferrero, Vice President of Communications for Planned Parenthood Federation of America. “There seems to be no limit to how far this group will go to deceive the public in order to pursue an extreme political agenda.”

The Center for Medical Progress group has released multiple edited videos, including a preview to the eighth video Friday, accusing Planned Parenthood of selling organs and tissue from aborted fetuses.

The group has also released several clips that it says are unedited.

Several Republican presidential candidates have called for Planned Parenthood to stop receiving federal dollars after the Center for Medical Progress began releasing videos accusing the nonprofit of selling tissue, organs and fetuses following abortions. Republican candidate Rand Paul’s attempt to get a bill passed that would have ended funding was unsuccessful.
