It’s Not Much Snow, But It’s Enough To Cause Trouble!

WASHINGTON — Welcome to the region's third morning drive weather event of the year!

Light snow arrived from the south of the DC area overnight into Wednesday morning, and with pavement temperatures in the 20's in most places, whatever fell began sticking immediately.

We are not expecting much accumulation, and it should stop snowing by mid-afternoon.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for generally the eastern half of the region.  Some spots to the north and west may see nothing more than flurries, if that.
